The Process – How Does It Work?

At Quick Property Buys we believe in being up front about what happens when we help you with a quick house sale. The four step guide helps to illustrate the necessary stages involved with a purchase.

1. Contact us. We pride ourselves on a quick response and a friendly service. No question is ever too minor to ask, we want you to be 100% comfortable with the transaction so we are here to answer any queries you may have.

2. Finding you a solution. We use our database to get an approximate "trade value" for your property, then call you to discuss what your needs are, how we can best meet them, and give you an estimated value for your property.

3. Agreement. We will meet with you at your property and discuss the possible options that are available. This informal meeting will help us to fully understand your circumstances and find a solution that best suits you. After this initial meeting we will put together a written proposal that will be valid for 28 days. On many occassions we will still be happy to proceed after the 28 days has expired although a re-evaluation may be required. At this point you are still under no obligation to proceed.

4. The sale. Once you have decided to go ahead with the sale, we handle all of the paperwork. You can use your own solicitor, or one that we help you to find. In either situation we will pay up to £500. We always look for a solution that works for you as well as us. It is in our interests to have satisfied customers who are happy to refer us to others.
