How long will it take to sell my house?
We can buy your house within a month, a week or in certain cases within a day. We can proceed with the transaction at a pace that suits you and of course the quicker the sale, the less costly mortgage payments you will be making.

Does it matter how big my house is?
We will buy any sized property and in any condition.

Are there any hidden costs?
We will pay your legal fees up to a maximum of £500, we won't charge you for the house valuation and there are of course no estate agent costs. The price that we offer will be the price that you get.

How much will I get for my house?
We usually offer between 75-90% of the open market value with our team always working to ensure you get the best deal for your circumstances.

Can I rent my house back from you?
We always try and accommodate all circumstances and on many occassions we can offer to rent your house back to you so that you and your family need never move. There will be no external sale boards so your neighbours will never know of the change in circumstances.
